Flender Mall
The Flender Mall is the central customer portal for accessing product information, orders and technical documents. It combines online shop, information platform and self‑service functions in a single interface. The Mall serves as the digital foundation for efficient, transparent and stable interactions with Flender.
Classic-EDI
The EDI interface enables fully automated data exchange between Flender and the systems of our customers and suppliers. Standardized message formats and defined transmission channels ensure stable, low-error processes with clear throughput times. EDI is the preferred solution for partners with a structured system landscape and a high transaction volume.
Mail2EDI (Automated order capture)
Mail2EDI complements existing digital processes with the automated capture of orders received by e‑mail. The solution reads documents using OCR, structures the data and transfers it into an EDI‑compliant workflow. This enables a consistent, stable process even for partners who cannot use a direct EDI connection.
